Renew Membership
It’s time to renew your TPCBA Membership and remain a part of the largest network in Pierce County, consisting of 1300+ members. Your membership in the TPCBA gives you the tools you need to be successful in your practice, with benefits including the ability to bypass the long security lines at the Pierce County Courthouse with an identification pass, abundant networking and social opportunities, including Lawyerpalooza, the annual Bar Convention, and Friday donuts and coffee at the attorney lounge in the courthouse, high-quality, low-cost continuing legal education, leadership development, and a subscription to the Pierce County Lawyer magazine.
The TPCBA also creates business opportunities for members through the Lawyer Referral Service. Each day, the LRS staff receives phone calls from people in our community in need of an attorney. The Lawyer Referral Service matches clients with attorneys whose areas of practice best suit their needs.
Our active and vital New & Young Lawyers Section serves the needs and interests of the newer members of the bar association, including hosting many social, training, and networking opportunities. Membership is free for the first year for our newly admitted lawyers.
Whether you are in a small firm, large firm, or governmental office, the TPCBA can help you in your practice. The TPCBA has 22 unique sections and committees that serve to educate its members on specific substantive areas of the law and they also serve as a forum for legal professionals to discuss common problems and issues.
Your membership offers a variety of leadership opportunities, including chairing or co-chairing a section or committee, or leading one of the organization’s volunteer efforts.
In the legal profession, it is essential to be a part of an association that supports you.
