DSHS Resource Guide
Alternative Solutions: A DSHS program. Any person who is a DSHS client has access to this service. Eligibility requirement could be anything from receiving food assistance to DSHS collecting child support. This service will assign a case manager to navigate services, help reinstate driver’s licenses, address court fines, file petitions to reduce child support, find housing and access education resources. When you access this resource at the link above, you then click on the database resources in the middle of the page. A map will appear and click on your county. On the right side you will see a tab for every imaginable resource available in the selected area.
District Court Resource Center: Available to all, not just District Court litigants. They have a clothing bank, housing referrals, homelessness prevention, social security assistance, etc. A daily schedule of available resources is posted on the site. It is located right across the street from the County-City Building. (The building with the #12 painted on the side.)
