Senior “Simple Wills” Panel

CALL  253 383-3432  to make an appointment.

If you are age 55 or over and seeking the assistance of an attorney to prepare a “simple will” we set an appointment for you to consult with an attorney.

We charge a reduced fee of $20. This is our fee for the referral and includes up to the first 30-minutes consultation with the attorney. You prepay the $20 to Lawyer Referral Service with a VISA or MasterCard (it can be debit or credit). Anything after the first 30-minutes will be between you and that attorney.

During your consultation, if the attorney determines what you describe qualifies as a “simple will” they can provide the following services at these reduced flat rates.

The flat rates are:

  • Simple Will – $130 each person
  • Durable Power of Attorney (DPOA) – $60 each
  • Health Care Directive/Living Will – $60 each
  • Community Property Agreement – $50 each
  • House Call $50 for each call

Examples:

A single person needing only a simple will, DPOA, and a health care directive would pay the attorney $250.

A couple each needing simple wills, DPOAs, health care directives, and community property agreements would pay an attorney $600.
