To see the impact of legal aid up close, join the Legal Foundation of Washington (LFW) for a visit to immigration court at the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma – May 2 or June 18, 9 to 10:30am

To see the impact of legal aid up close, join the Legal Foundation of Washington (LFW) for a visit to immigration court at the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma on May 2 or June 18 from 9 to 10:30am to be followed by coffee and a debrief at Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP) office in Tacoma with directing attorney, Tim Warden Hertz. We hope you can join this powerful opportunity to witness the effective work of LFW’s second largest grantee, the NWIRP. Roughly 90% of people detained in this facility do not have access to an attorney so you will see people who are unrepresented as well as those who have a NWIRP attorney working for them.

Please RSVP by April 26 to Brendan@legalfoundation.org
