How It Works

• LRS staff screen callers and refer them to qualified attorneys.
• Clients pay LRS a $40 non-refundable referral fee, which includes up to the first 30-minute consultation (phone or in person).
• Clients may be contacted for feedback or quality assurance.

Who Can Join

To participate, attorneys must:

• Be in good standing with WSBA and TPCBA
• Carry professional liability insurance
• Accept referrals only in areas of experience (per RPC 1.1)
• Charge standard fees beyond the initial consultation
